State university systems throughout the U.S. have large numbers of students, are highly diverse, offer a variety of majors, and are controlled and endowed by state government. State universities are some of the premiere institutions in the U.S. and provide great academic opportunities to all types of students. In addition to reasonable tuition and fees, 4-year public universities offer a wide range of courses and degrees. Graduates will receive certificates, bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees and post-doctorate degrees.
